All customers should receive an automated update with your tracking info, once your t-shirt has been printed and dispatched.  The vast majority of our products are sent out within 72rs of the order being placed. All of our UK t-shirt parcels are sent via Royal Mail 48hr tracked. European orders should arrive 3-5 business days after being dispatched. Non-european orders should arrive within 4 & 8 business days. These are rough guides only. We work hard to get all of our orders made and dispatched ASAP, however once we’ve handed it over to the Post Office or courier we cannot control them (unfortunately).

EU and NORTHERN IRELAND orders: we will have our design printed for you by a 3rd party (Gelato) near to where you live. This will automatically be sent as a tracked parcel. Legally we have to inform you that we are the manufacturer, our responsible person is Gelato Estonia OU, their address is Rotermanni 6-2nd floor, 10111 Tallinn, Estonia. Their email address is support@gelato.com – obviously this means nothing to you, but it keeps the lawyers happy.
