With the exception of our socks, all of our orders are sent with tracking info. You should automatically be sent that with your ‘order dispatched’ email. If for some reason you can’t see it, drop us an email with your order number via the contact us link at the bottom of the page and we’ll dig out your tracking info for you.

UK orders are sent via 48 tracked with the Royal Mail. For overseas orders, if we are making your order (eg a doormat, sweatshirt or hoodie) then we’ll send that via the Royal Mail and they’ll hand it onto their ‘global partners’. If you’re overseas and you’ve ordered a mug or t-shirt then we’ll have that made quite close to you and it’ll be dispatched with a local courier in your part of the world.

After receiving your order, we’ll make it and dispatch it within 3 full days.  There are some exceptions though – socks will be sent out the same day or the next day. Doormats take longer as we paint all of them from scratch and as they require several coats and drying time, this whole process can take up to 4-5 days.
