Straight Outta Denny’s Sweatshirt

If you’re in the UK or Europe, we’ll be making your sweatshirt here in our studio in Sunderland, UK and it’ll be an AWD sweatshirt. We use the highest quality vinyl, heated-pressed onto your garment using professional (and bloody hot) machine. If you’re ordering from outside of the UK & Europe, your order will be processed by our print-partners Gelato and it’ll be a Gildan sweatshirt. Gelato print directly onto the garment rather than using vinyl, but the outcome is the same high quality. Your sweatshirt may have a faint smell of vinegar when it arrives. This is perfectly normal and just from the printing process and will be gone after one wash. Please wash inside out at low temperatures and refrain from tumble drying or ironing. This is to protect the design and prevent damage or fading.

Our intention is that wherever you are in the world, your order will be made as locally to you as possible. This is why we have teamed up with Gelato for our non-European orders, as they have production facilities dotted around the globe. This will save on shipping & customs costs for you/us, you’ll receive your order sooner and it’ll be a more eco-friendly process. Everyone wins!

We’ve tried to keep shipping prices as low as possible. Where we can, we offer free delivery. Some locations cost a bit more to deliver to so we’ve had to charge for shipping occasionally, however we’re just passing the cost on and aren’t profiting from this at all, that’s not our thing.

The vast majority of our products are sent out within 72hrs of the order being placed. All of our UK Etsy parcels are sent via Royal Mail 48hr tracked. European orders will be dispatched from the UK via Royal Mail International Standard mail (3-5 business days from our door to yours). Non-european orders should arrive within 3 & 8 business days. These are rough guides only. We work hard to get all of our orders made and dispatched ASAP, however once we’ve handed it over to the Royal Mail or courier we cannot control them (unfortunately).
